Mathis Enterprises is a Desktop Publishing & Website Design entity with the added  elements of a music studio and more. We recently leased 2, connected buildings, (4707 and  4703 W. Lisbon Ave., Milwaukee, WI), both of which need renovating.      Each space is approximately 705sqft., or 16’ x 44’. The buildings are separated by a 25ft wall  down the center, a 10ft opening, and another 9ft wall.      The ceiling is approximately 15ft high and will have heating ducts by the time of renovation.  We need your input on what to do with regards to ceilings for each of the rooms. Build our  own ceilings and link into the existing duct work, or build walls up to and around the duct  work? Either way, we’re going to need to get heat into each of the rooms once they’re built.      Our proposed move - in date is May 1st of this year, but if the owner has completed the  finishing touches (flooring, painting, and furnace with ducting along ceiling), we should be  able to get in around April 21st.   Depending on how long it will take to build one booth, we’d  like to begin renovations in enough time to start work May 1st.       The finished project will consist of: 3 recording studios (with sound booths); two executive  offices; a waiting room; and equipment room.       Highest priority is to get  Recording Studio 2   built by May 1st ,   (see pages 2 & 3). The studios  are the bulk of the business income, so the sooner we get to work, the sooner we begin  earning. Depending upon the cost, we may get Recording Studio 3 done at the same time. If  not, shortly thereafter. The overall plan is to get all 3 recording studios built by May 15th and  the rest by June 1st.      Please provide separate,  written   estimates as follows:      1)  Recording Studio 2 (12’x19’ with 5’x7’ recording booth)     2)  Recording Studio 3 (11’x12’ with 3’x5’ recording booth)     3)  Recording Studio 1 (11’x11.5’ with 3’x7’ recording booth)     4)  Rest of Project: Executive Office 1 & 2, and Equipment Room     Please list the materials and cost, then cost of your labor separately. The company with the  most reasonable costs who can fit our timeframe will get the job.  If possible, we’d like to  assist in the labor to lower our costs.
